- 7:35 pm: Invited Guest: Montgomery County Council Vice President Will Jawando
- Council Vice President Will Jawando is a candidate for Montgomery
County Executive, and a member of the three-member Planning, Housing,
and Parks (PHP) Committee that will consider the University Boulevard
Corridor Plan (UBCP). - PHP Committee members have played no role in drafting or approving the
UBCP, and have not yet taken positions on the proposal. This meeting is
a great chance to hear from Council Vice President Jawando about his
initial thoughts, to ask respectful questions, and to let him know your views
on this issue. - Please note that KMCA does not rank or endorse candidates, and will be
offering opportunities for other County Executive candidates to speak to us as well.
