To join or maintain your yearly membership, please send a check to Anna Waller, 11210 Healy Street, Silver Spring, MD 20902. Checks should be payable to Kemp Mill Civic Association or KMCA. Please be sure to include your address (if it is not on the check) as well as phone number and email address.
If you would prefer to pay online, you may use a credit card via Paypal. We include a service fee of $0.61 for one year, and $0.91 for two years, so that the net payment we receive is still $10/yr. Please include your home address as the “shipping address”.
